The Cajal Institute, eventhough is one of the world oldest centers for Neurobiological research, currently has a modern organization of its scientific and technical units, offering a suitable environment to coordinate the research activities focused on the Nervous System. From the scientific point of view, the IC is organized in Departments that include several Research Groups. The Service and Support Units have equippment and infrastructure for general use, and a state-of-the-art knowhow to assists the IC Research Groups, as well as external requests.
